The fast shutter speed image I chose to write about is the image of the falling pingpong balls, the shutter speed I used for this image is 1/500 of a second. The ISO was set to 3200. The action that I froze was ping pong balls falling. My distance for the photo wasn't too far away but it wasn't that close either it was far away enough that I could fit in the balls falling and the person holding them. Some elements that are the strengths in this photo are the pingpong balls falling and the bright color of her shirt compared to the dark gray background.
The slow shutter speed image I chose to write about is the first image of the gallery, the shutter speed I used for this was 0.5 second. The ISO was set to 100. The part of the image that shows blur is the motion of the walking. The distance of the photo was far away so I could get the whole action of walking in the photo. Some elements that strengthen the photos is the fact that the only part of the photo that is clear is the foot.
One photo with shallow depth of field is the photo with the two roses in the teacups with the broken glass around
